From Berlin's city center* it's just a 15-minute train ride to the exhibition grounds. Take S-Bahn line 9 or 75 towards "Spandau" and get off at "Messe Süd". Have a look at the city map to get an idea how easy it is to get to the exhibition grounds: City Map (Train stations) of Berlin.

... by air (TXL / SXF)

The Berlin exhibition grounds are directly connected to interstate A100 and Avus A115. Make sure to turn off at exit "Messedamm / ICC". Here you can find ample free parking next to "Deutschlandhalle".
