Events at LinuxTag

LinuxTag 2007 will take place from May 30 through June 2, concurrently with IT Profits, at the fairgrounds under the Funkturm in Berlin. In spite of the new venue, little has changed in the basic LinuxTag concept:

The high-caliber presentations, conferences and tutorials are among LinuxTag's prime attractions. The wide variety of lectures are aimed at a broad range of audiences, from beginners and users to decision-makers in companies and government agencies, to administrators and IT experts. As ever, LinuxTag offers a first-class program for every target group.

Conferences

The lectures in the Business and Government Conferences (Wednesday, May 30, through Friday, June 1, 2007) are integrated in the Lecture Program. If you would like to take advantage of our Business Package, including lunch, documentation, DVD, and more, you must register. Register by e-mail.

Tutorials

Can't wait to get your hands on free software? The practical tutorials start a day before LinuxTag proper, taking place from Tuesday, May 29, through Thursday, May 31, 2007.

LPI Exams

For the first time, the new LPIC-3 exams will be held at LinuxTag. In addition to the LPIC-3 (301 and 302, in English), all the LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 exams (101, 102, 201 und 202) will be offered in German and English. Furthermore, both MySQL 5.0 Exams (Administrator and Developer) and the Ubuntu Professional Certification (LPI 199) will be offered in English. For the exact dates and times, please see the LPI examination page.
