Ian Pointer lives in Bicester in the United Kingdom. He is a computer science graduate of the University of Manchester, and has been using Linux for over eight years. He has wanted to make his own films since he was four years old. Since discovering dvdauthor, he has produced odd DVDs for friends and family, including a maze game and a stop-motion Lego recreation of Troy. His next project, if his sister has her way, is a Lego remake of all three Lord of The Rings films.
